Hi, I’m Ashfaqur Rahman, a brand strategist and IT consultant based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For more than ten years I’ve helped businesses around the world shape how they look, how they talk and how their tools work behind the scenes.
I started out building websites and HTML emails for international clients. Around 2,000 projects later, I still love the same thing: taking something messy and making it clear. That’s why I founded BrandBrine, a digital branding and creative agency, and Email Signature Expert, a studio that focuses on professional HTML email signatures.

How I got here
Every step added a new layer, from code to communication to running businesses of my own.

I started freelancing with clients abroad, building websites and HTML emails and sweating the details most people skipped.

Specialising in email
Email signatures and campaigns became my speciality. It’s tricky work, because it has to look perfect in email apps you don’t control.

I turned that speciality into Email Signature Expert, then founded BrandBrine so clients could get brand, web and content from one team.

Who is Ashfaqur Rahman?
I’m a brand strategist, IT consultant and email signature expert based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Over more than ten years I’ve worked with 900+ clients around the world on about 2,000 projects. I’m also the founder of BrandBrine and Email Signature Expert.
What services do you offer?
Brand strategy and consulting, IT and digital solutions consulting, email marketing design and development, custom HTML email signatures and signature generators, WordPress and Elementor websites, workflow automation, custom dashboards and SaaS development.
How does a project with you start?
With a discovery call. You tell me what isn’t working, I ask plenty of questions, and within a few days you get a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, so I give you a fixed quote after our first call. You’ll know the full cost before any work starts. Ongoing support and automation work can also run on a monthly retainer.
How long does a project take?
An email signature set can be ready in a few days. A website or brand refresh usually takes a few weeks. Bigger SaaS and dashboard projects are planned in phases, so you get something useful early.
Why does my business need a professional HTML email signature?
Your team sends hundreds of emails every week, and each one is a chance to look professional and consistent. A well-built HTML email signature shows your brand, links and contact details correctly in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and on phones.
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Most of my clients are international, across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. I’m used to working across time zones with clear, regular updates.

Yes. A lot of my work is delivered under partner agencies’ names, under NDA. I can work directly with your clients or stay behind the scenes.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a support period for fixes and questions. After that, many clients keep working with me on improvements, new automations and campaigns.
